Meet the Founders
Founded by Pasadena residents Ziandry Peralta and Jamil Mamdani, Home Team Pasadena brings together decades of experience in marketing, branding, design, apparel, custom goods, production, and community engagement.
Ziandry has developed and led successful marketing campaigns across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and more. Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies, most recently Salesforce, as well as startups, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. She brings a strategic, creative approach to connecting ideas, people, and experiences through thoughtful campaigns and brand storytelling. Jamil began his career in professional sports, working as an equipment manager for the Atlanta Braves. He later worked on national field marketing campaigns for ESPN, Coca-Cola, Mizuno, and more before successfully leading his own sports and corporate apparel company for over 16 years. After selling the business in 2026, he chose to bring that experience home to Pasadena, building a new company rooted in the community where we live.
Together, we guide projects from idea through creative development, sourcing, printing, production, and delivery, with close attention to quality, purpose, and the people each project represents. Shaped by our diverse cultures, community ties, and experiences as travelers, we bring what we know home to Pasadena, helping businesses, civic organizations, teams, and neighbors turn their ideas into thoughtfully made apparel, printed materials, branded goods, and custom items that feel true to who they are.
